Quality Warranty Clause

Dear Customers, We appreciated that you have used our products. In order to achieve our product function and provide you our best quality warranty service, we will undertake quality warranty clauses as follows:

1) The following products will be taken responsibility for quality warranty:
① DeepKaler hydraulic cylinder
② DeepKaler oil pump
③ DeepKaler lifting valve and pneumatic control valve
④ DeepKaler oil tank
Note: The parts for the above products that we will take charge for are subject to the parts list of DeppKaler Dump Truck Hydraulic System User Manual.

2) The damage of the following parts will not be burdened responsibility:
① Wearing parts, seal kits, rubber parts, air filter, return oil filter element, and other parts whose working life is shorter than warranty period.
② Painting coat;
③ The damage caused by the customers’ operation and maintenance which do not strictly follow DeepKaler Dump Truck Hydraulic System User Manual.
④ The damage caused by the customers’ installation or wrong installation which do not strictly follow the installation requirements of DeppKaler Dump Truck Hydraulic System User Manual.
⑤ The damage because of overuse
⑥ The damage caused by no repairing the parts by our authorized repaired service points.
⑦ The damage caused by Force Majeure.

3) Quality Warranty Period:
① Within 12 months from the end user’s purchase date.
② Within 18 months from the departure date from Deppkaler (Tsingtao) Co., Ltd.
③ Or at least reach the following status, :
● For hydraulic cylinder, lifting valve, pneumatic control valve, it has lifted within 20000 times.
● For pump, it works within 300 hours
● For oil tank, the vehicle travels within 100000 km.
The quality warranty period depends on the first arrival of the above validity.

4) Claim:
① Claim conditions:
● The users should lodge the claim by following the claim procedures of our company.
● According to our requirements, the users should mark and safe keep the broken parts, If the parts need to be changed, the broken one should be returned.
② Claim range:
If our company confirms the claims, then we will offer the following services:
● Supply the new parts for repair;
● Burden the expense for repair;
● Change the parts beyond repair.

Our company has the final explanation right for deciding if the claims comply with our quality warranty conditions.
Deppkaler (Tsingtao) Co., Ltd has the final explanation right for all the above clauses.

Reminding Clause: Before purchasing the products, I have read all the clauses about quality warranty and understand them completely, and I would like to accept the agreements, enjoy the quality warranty service from Deppkaler (Tsingtao) Co., Ltd.
