We increased 3 advanced automatic production lines of German KUKA robot hydraulic cylinders, 2 automatic welding robot production lines.

Then company has 7 advanced automatic production lines of German KUKA robot hydraulic cylinders, 2 automatic welding robot production lines, key equipment CNC lathes, deep hole drilling and boring machines, etc., which are at the leading level in China, and processing centers imported from Japan and polishing machines imported from South Korea are at the leading level in the domestic hydraulic industry.

The seven automatic production lines of KUKA robot hydraulic cylinder are the most advanced equipment in the domestic hydraulic industry at present. They are made in a one-stop process from rough machining to finish machining. The accuracy of coaxiality, roundness, cylindricity, straightness and shape position has been improved by more than 50%, and the machining accuracy and roughness have also been improved by more than one grade, four times that of similar equipment.
